Deep amber to copper-red in the glass, bright and clear with good translucency. A dense, persistent head forms on the pour, with fine lacing that clings to the side of the glass. Carbonation is moderate and even, supporting the visual structure throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with rich caramel sweetness and toasted grain character, underscored by subtle dark stone fruit notes—plum and raisin. A gentle alcohol warmth is present without harshness, and the overall aromatic profile suggests well-balanced Malz-forward brewing with minimal hop expression.

◐ Taste

Full-bodied and smooth on entry, with pronounced caramel and toffee malt sweetness dominating the palate. The mid-palate develops subtle chocolate and plum complexity, while restrained bittering in the 28 IBU range provides gentle structure without aggression. The 7% ABV adds warming depth without harsh alcohol bite.

The finish is medium-long and warm, with caramel sweetness lingering alongside gentle toasted grain notes. A mild drying bitterness fades gradually, leaving a malty, slightly warming aftertaste suited to cold-weather drinking.
