◎ Appearance

Pale straw yellow with excellent clarity and a bright, effervescent character. The head forms quickly and dissipates in fine streams, leaving delicate lacing on the glass. Fine carbonation is evident throughout, creating an inviting and refreshing visual presentation.

◌ Aroma

Tropical passionfruit leads the nose, complemented by bright citrus notes and a subtle stone fruit undertone. The aromatic profile is clean and fruit-forward, with minimal hop character and no detectable grain or yeast esters. The overall impression is light and summery, with the fruit adjunct defining the olfactory experience.

◐ Taste

Tart and crisp on the palate, with pronounced acidity that frames the tropical fruit flavors. The body is light and quenching, allowing the passionfruit and citrus notes to carry through without malt sweetness or bitterness. The acidic bite is the backbone of the beer, delivering the characteristic tartness of the Berliner Weisse style.

◑ Finish

The finish is short and clean, with the tartness receding quickly and leaving only a dry, refreshing aftertaste. No lingering sweetness or bitterness remains.
