The nose leads with sharp acidity and green wheat notes, followed by subtle mineral undertones and a faint yeasty backdrop. Citrus accents emerge on closer inspection, while the overall profile remains restrained and clean without heavy fruity esters. No hop aroma is perceptible.

Entry is aggressive and tart, with immediate acidity that dominates the palate throughout. Mid-palate reveals a crisp, dry wheat character with light mineral texture, while the sourness remains at the forefront without softening. Bitterness is negligible, allowing the lactic character to define the entire experience.
