◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright translucency. A fine white head forms readily and clings to the glass with distinct lacing, indicating good foam stability. Carbonation is vigorous and persistent, creating a lively visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced tropical and citrus notes—ripe stone fruit and bright lime peel—layered over delicate floral undertones. A clean lager character keeps the aroma crisp and focused, with no yeast-derived esters or sulfur detectable. West Coast noble hops provide herbal structure without aggressive resinous character.

◐ Taste

Entry is light and snappy, with moderate bitterness arriving quickly and cleanly on the palate. Mid-palate balance shifts between restrained malt sweetness and persistent hop bite; the body remains lean and dry, allowing each flavor element to cut through. Tropical and citrus hop flavors dominate the development without overshadowing the crisp, dry finish.

Bitterness lingers with refreshing intensity, fading to a dry, slightly herbal aftertaste. The finish is brisk and cleansing, inviting immediate return to the glass.

Serve well-chilled at 4–6°C for maximum crispness. A pilsner served too warm loses its defining snap.
