Duration Brewing
Duration Brewing is a farmhouse brewery at Abbey Farm in West Acre, west Norfolk, housed in a restored 16th-century stone barn beside the ruins of a priory. Miranda Hudson and brewer Derek Bates, who comes from South Carolina, founded it in 2017 and brewed nomadically and in collaboration until their own brewhouse opened in late 2019. The range divides into fresh beers – hop-forward pales, IPAs and German-style lagers – and the Fermata line of barrel-aged, mixed-fermentation ales. A taproom on the farm opens at weekends.
