Shifting Baseline
Shifting Baseline is a heavily hopped pale ale, first brewed in 2020 and brought back at intervals since. It is dry hopped with Mosaic alone, which gives ripe mango, while the house yeast adds stone-fruit esters. Oats in the grist make the body very soft and full for the style. The overall impression is juicy and fruity, with the hops setting the tone from the aroma through to the finish.
