Sweeping Coast
Sweeping Coast is a West Coast-style pale ale, brewed at the farm since 2020 and released seasonally. Mosaic, Azacca and Simcoe are used in the dry hop and give a bright, fresh hop character with a clear resinous edge; citrus and a hint of tropical fruit sit behind it. Extra pale and wheat malt stay out of the way, the palate is clean and dry, and the finish is brisk and resinous.
