Brasserie Dunham opened in June 2011 in an 1865 stagecoach inn on the main street of Dunham, in the Eastern Townships of Québec, about ninety minutes from Montréal and close to the Vermont border. The house draws on classic European brewing traditions and works through saison, wild fermentation and barrel aging alongside hop-forward ales and lagers, at times keeping more than two hundred barrels in rotation. Beers are self-distributed across Québec and exported in small volumes.
