Beers similar to Beretta
hopIQ found 10 beers that share Beretta's bitter and hoppy character. An English special bitter, red amber in the glass and dry through the middle. Crystal malt supplies toffee, biscuit and a light dried fruit note, and English hops answer with earthy, herbal bitterness rather than citrus. The body is medium and the carbonation soft, which suits a beer meant to be taken by the pint. It closes dry and bitter, the caramel receding quickly and leaving the hop behind.
