The nose opens with prominent bread-crust and light caramel sweetness from the Pilsner malt foundation, layered beneath herbal and gently spicy Saaz and Sládek hop aromatics. Noble-hop character dominates the middle register with its characteristic floral and slightly peppery notes. The aroma remains clean and composed, with no yeast-driven esters or oxidative notes.

The palate opens with malt sweetness and bready character that quickly transitions into a firm, lingering bitterness characteristic of the three-stage hop addition method.
