The nose opens with prominent biscuit and malt character, grounded in the English Maris Otter and Australian pale malts. Subtle stone fruit and earthy hop spice emerge beneath, contributed by the East Kent Goldings and Styrian Goldings, creating a composed and balanced aromatic profile.
