◎ Aussehen

A pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a bright, inviting translucence. The head is white and compact, settling to a fine ring with good schaumhaftung around the glass. Carbonation appears lively and well-integrated, characteristic of a traditionally lagered beer.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with fresh, toasted bread and subtle biscuit malt notes, grounded by a soft herbal quality. Noble hops contribute a restrained floral character with gentle spice, creating an overall impression that is bready and measured rather than exuberant. Yeast character is clean and barely perceptible, allowing the malt and hop interplay to dominate.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with a soft, malty sweetness built on biscuit and fresh bread, supported by a clean, well-attenuated fermentation profile. Mid-palate brings restrained noble-hop spice and subtle floral notes in balance with the malt backbone. The finish arrives crisp and dry without astringency, the bitterness held at a modest level that complements rather than dominates.
