The nose is immediately dominated by ripe tropical stone fruits—mango, guava, and banana puree—layered with creamy Tahitian vanilla notes. Beneath the fruit sweetness lies a subtle tartness that adds complexity without sharpness. A soft, smooth maltiness provides gentle backbone to the aromatic profile.

Entry is soft and jammy with pronounced tropical fruit and vanilla character balanced by gentle lactic tartness. The mid-palate develops a full, velvety body from oats and lactose, maintaining sweetness without cloying. Underlying souring acidity emerges gradually, providing definition without harsh bite, while the finish remains smooth and creamy.
