◌ Aroma

The nose opens with fresh bread crust and a faint cereal sweetness from the Malz base. The cold-hop addition of Saphir and Hallertau Tradition rises above, delivering wild-flower notes, bergamot citrus, and a subtle lemon zest. The overall impression is clean and herbal, without aggressive hop intensity.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is lean and crisp, with a dry bready character and light cereal malt anchoring the palate. Mid-palate develops floral and citrus notes from the cold hopping—bergamot and lemon zest dance across the tongue without overwhelming. Bitterness is restrained and well-integrated, allowing the delicate hop character and malt backbone to remain in balance.

Finish is crisp and bone-dry, with the lemon-citrus and floral notes fading cleanly into a light cereal dryness. The aftertaste is short and refreshing, leaving no lingering sweetness.
