Pale gold beneath a fluffy white head with fine, persistent lacing that clings to the glass. The beer displays excellent clarity, characteristic of extended cold conditioning over five weeks. Carbonation is lively but restrained, creating a refined visual presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with grassy and herbal notes from late dry-hopping with German aroma varieties, layered over a subtle crackery pilsner malt base. Lemon zest and delicate elderflower emerge in the background, creating a complex but balanced aromatic profile. The green hop character is present throughout without overwhelming the malt foundation.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens crisp and clean, with a lean body that allows the dry, firm bitterness to express itself clearly. Crackery pilsner malt provides subtle sweetness and structure, while the hoppy character—both citrusy and herbal—maintains control throughout the mid-palate. The bitterness is pronounced yet well-integrated, never harsh or aggressive.

The finish is dry and persistent, with the green hop character extending through to the aftertaste. A clean, herbal dryness lingers, leaving no residual sweetness or heaviness.
