A pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright, crystalline transparency. The head forms a delicate white collar with fine, persistent lacing that clings evenly to the glass wall. Effervescence is gentle and consistent, releasing fine bubbles that suggest careful carbonation calibration.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with soft grainy-sweet malt notes reminiscent of fresh bread crust and a subtle honey undertone. Noble hop character emerges on the second pass—faint herbal and floral whispers balanced against the malt sweetness. The overall impression is restrained and clean, with no sharp or aggressive elements.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and malt-forward, with that characteristic grainy sweetness building through the mid-palate alongside whispers of honey and bread. Noble hop bitterness arrives with restraint, offering a herbal-floral counterpoint without dominating. The mineral profile—shaped by careful water treatment—sits beneath, providing a clean, crisp backbone that prevents any cloying sweetness.

Clean and dry, with the mineral character and hop bitterness lingering briefly before fading. Four weeks of cold conditioning deliver a soft, refined close with no harsh or warming edges.
