The nose leads with restrained, herbal noble hop character, pointing toward lemon peel and white pepper rather than floral sweetness. Beneath sits a clean, faintly grainy Malz base that supports without dominating. There is no heavy malt sweetness or yeast character—the profile remains dry and mineral-forward from the first sniff.

The palate opens with a crisp, slightly spicy hop bite that immediately establishes the Italian character—drier and more assertively hopped than a German pilsner. Beneath runs a lean, bready Malz sweetness that provides structure without bulk. The finish drives sharp and clean, with noble spice pulling into citrus zest, leaving minimal residual sweetness on the tongue.

The aftertaste is brief and dry, with a faint herbal-citrus persistence that fades quickly. Carbonation provides lift through the close, emphasizing crispness over lingering malt character.
