A pale golden hue with pronounced cloudiness throughout the body, characteristic of the New England hazy style. The head forms a thick, creamy collar that displays moderate lacing as the beer settles. Fine carbonation creates a soft, pillowy mouthfeel.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright tropical and citrus notes—ripe mango and pineapple dominate the mid-range, underpinned by a subtle zest of lemon and lime. Citra and Ekuanot hops provide clean citrus character, while Sabro contributes a gentle coconut undertone. A delicate fruity ester from the London ale yeast adds complexity without dominating.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and approachable, with soft wheat malt providing a gentle, slightly creamy body. The mid-palate develops tropical and citrus flavours—pineapple and orange zest shine through—with the Sabro contributing a mild coconut note. A restrained but perceptible bitterness emerges beneath, balancing the fruit without asserting dominance, while the wheat base keeps the overall impression clean and dry.

The finish is notably dry and crisp, shedding any sticky sweetness and leaving a light, refreshing dryness on the tongue. The bitterness lingers gently without harshness, and a faint citrus zest persists in the aftertaste.
