◎ Aussehen

Pale golden with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that builds quickly and holds firm throughout the glass. The carbonation is brisk and visible, supporting consistent lacing on the sides. Light catches the beer with a bright, inviting glow characteristic of the session IPA style.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright mandarin and pink grapefruit citrus notes that lead the charge, underpinned by subtle floral and herbal dimensions from the Cascade and Amarillo hops. A delicate peppery bite emerges beneath, adding a touch of complexity without dominating. The malt backbone remains restrained, allowing the hop character and spice to occupy the foreground.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is dry and immediately hop-driven, with citrus notes mirroring the aroma but gaining textural weight on the palate. The thin malt base by design never becomes insubstantial; instead, it provides just enough foundation for the 45 IBU of bitterness to register as firm and clean rather than sharp. Mid-palate sustains the peppery spice and herbal character while remaining light and crisp, never cloying.

◑ Abgang

The finish is crisp and quick, leaving a dry, lingering bitterness that prevents any sweetness from creeping in. A gentle echo of peppery spice and herbal notes fades cleanly, making way for refreshment and the urge for another sip.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.

Die geschwungene Form konzentriert Hopfenaromen und hält den Schaum. Unverzichtbar für aromatische Ales und IPAs, bei denen die Nase die halbe Erfahrung ist.
