◎ Aussehen

Pale golden in color with excellent clarity and bright transparency. The head forms quickly and holds with fine, delicate carbonation trails visible throughout the glass. Lacing clings to the glass in thin, consistent bands.

◌ Aroma

Ruby grapefruit dominates the nose with juicy citrus flesh character. Supporting notes of lemongrass and honeysuckle add a floral, herbaceous dimension without overwhelming the primary fruit impression. The hop profile remains clean and fruity, with no coarse bitterness in the bouquet.

◐ Geschmack

Citrus entry opens with bright grapefruit juice that carries across the mid-palate before transitioning to grapefruit rind bitterness—bitter enough to define the beer but restrained enough to prevent harshness. The Malz foundation remains intentionally minimal, providing only a clean, thin platform that lets fruit and hop character lead. Bitterness integrates smoothly without astringency.

◑ Abgang

Short and clean, with the grapefruit citrus fading quickly to a subtle bitter residue. No lingering sweetness or heavy aftertaste; the finish remains bright and refreshing.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.

Die geschwungene Form konzentriert Hopfenaromen und hält den Schaum. Unverzichtbar für aromatische Ales und IPAs, bei denen die Nase die halbe Erfahrung ist.
