◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright, sunlit transparency. A dense white head forms readily and clings to the glass with fine, persistent lacing. Carbonation is crisp and visible, supporting a sustained foam collar.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with resinous pine and fresh citrus—classic Centennial and Simcoe character—layered with herbal Ekuanot complexity. Beneath the hop-forward aromatics lies a restrained Malz foundation, allowing the four-variety blend to dominate without overshadowing. The overall impression is clean, mineral-forward, and sharply defined.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and bone-dry, with immediate hop bitterness (32 IBU) delivering punch despite the low alcohol. Mid-palate balances juicy citrus against a lean, traditional Malz base reinforced by subtle Voodoo character; the mouthfeel remains light and refreshing rather than thin. Bitterness persists as a clean, resinous backbone throughout.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and lingering, with hop aroma outlasting any Malz sweetness. Resinous pine and subtle citrus fade gradually, leaving a bracing, pleasantly bitter aftertaste.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.

Die geschwungene Form konzentriert Hopfenaromen und hält den Schaum. Unverzichtbar für aromatische Ales und IPAs, bei denen die Nase die halbe Erfahrung ist.
