Pale golden with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that builds quickly and holds firm throughout the glass. The carbonation is brisk and visible, supporting consistent lacing on the sides. Light catches the beer with a bright, inviting glow characteristic of the session IPA style.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright mandarin and pink grapefruit citrus notes that lead the charge, underpinned by subtle floral and herbal dimensions from the Cascade and Amarillo hops. A delicate peppery bite emerges beneath, adding a touch of complexity without dominating. The malt backbone remains restrained, allowing the hop character and spice to occupy the foreground.

Entry is dry and immediately hop-driven, with citrus notes mirroring the aroma but gaining textural weight on the palate. The thin malt base by design never becomes insubstantial; instead, it provides just enough foundation for the 45 IBU of bitterness to register as firm and clean rather than sharp.
