STiVO presents a pale golden hue with a natural haze from its unfiltered character, creating a soft, diffused appearance. The head is dense and persistent, with fine carbonation that maintains steady lacing down the glass. The cloudiness speaks to the beer's fresh, living quality without any sense of oxidation or age.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with the characteristic struck-match mineral note of fresh German lager fermentation, followed by delicate floral and herbal layers from Saphir and Aramis hops. Beneath lies a clean, bready Malz foundation from Weyermann pilsner, with subtle lemon zest and a whisper of stone fruit brightness. The overall profile is restrained and refined—aromatic without being assertive.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens soft and grainy with a lightly sweet pilsner Malz character that recalls crackers and bread crust. Mid-palate develops a lean, mineral-dry quality as the lager fermentation and Edelhopfen bitterness emerge, with a faint stone-fruit note adding subtle complexity. The firm bitterness builds steadily, never sharp, but persistent and well-integrated with the grain foundation.

The finish is crisp and lingering, with a pronounced herbal-bitter bite that extends well into the aftertaste without any harshness. A subtle astringency from the Edelhopfen and the characteristic dry lager character leave the palate clean and ready for another sip.
