◎ Aussehen

A pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a bright, clean presentation. The head forms quickly and maintains a fine white cap with good retention and lacing. Carbonation is lively and well-integrated, evident in steady streams of fine bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus—pineapple, orange zest and lemon—layered with stone fruit notes of mango and subtle berry undertones of blueberry and clementine. The malt base remains restrained, allowing the Citra, Mosaic and Strata hops to take center stage with their characteristic aromatic profile.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with the same fruit-forward character detected on the nose: pineapple and lemon upfront, with mango and subtle blueberry developing through the mid-palate. The malt contributes a light, slightly sweet foundation without heaviness, while bitterness remains moderate at 44 IBU—present enough to balance the fruit without overwhelming it.

◑ Abgang

The finish is crisp and clean, with citrus brightness lingering through the aftertaste. The moderate bitterness fades gently, leaving a dry, refreshing impression that invites another sip.
