Mind Haze presents a hazy golden-yellow body with a soft, diffuse cloudiness arising from the house yeast and torrified wheat. The head is modest but persistent, with fine bubbles that cling to the glass sides. The light straw color and suspended particles give the beer a distinctly velvety, approachable appearance.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright tropical fruit—pineapple and mango lead, followed by a distinctive cantaloupe sweetness. Beneath the fruit sits a soft floral lift, likely from the Melon hop variety, joined by gentle citrus notes. The overall impression is clean and inviting, with no aggressive resin or harsh alpha tones; the house yeast contributes a subtle, neutral backdrop that allows the hop character to breathe.

On the palate, Mind Haze unfolds with a silky, full texture that belies its modest alcohol content. Tropical and stone fruit notes—pineapple, mango, and fruit salad—flow across the mid-palate without aggressive bitterness; the 30 IBUs remain in the background, providing structure rather than bite. The finish leans clean and dry, with the fruit character gently fading rather than lingering as a sticky sweetness.

The finish is medium-length and graceful, with tropical fruit notes gradually releasing their grip. A light, dry citrus edge emerges in the aftertaste, offering just enough definition to prevent flatness without introducing harsh tannins or resinous persistence.
