Brewmaster Tropical Hazy IPA

Hazy golden-yellow with pronounced cloudiness from suspended yeast and grain proteins, characteristic of the style. A dense, creamy white head forms readily and clings to the glass with good persistence. Bright carbonation animates the body without aggression.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant tropical fruit—orange zest, grapefruit, and a subtle pineapple undertone—followed by herbal and resinous hop character. Beneath the citrus lies a soft, bready malt foundation from the oat and wheat blend, adding depth without sweetness. No harsh alcohol or harsh oxidative notes.

◐ Geschmack

Silky entry driven by the oat-wheat bill, giving a full yet refined body that feels luxurious on the palate. Citrus fruit—particularly orange and grapefruit—flows through the mid-palate, with bitterness remaining restrained and integrated rather than sharp. The dry-hopping adds complexity without astringency, allowing malt sweetness and hop character to coexist in balance.

◑ Abgang

The finish transitions smoothly from mid-palate, with lingering citrus notes and a gentle resinous dryness. Aftertaste is clean and measured, fading to a faint peppery hop note without any harsh or metallic edge.
