Mortal Bloom presents a moderately hazy golden pour with a soft, persistent head. The cloudiness sits in the middle ground—neither opaque nor clear—allowing light to pass through with a warm amber glow. Carbonation appears gentle, with fine bubbles rising steadily through the suspension.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus notes—lemon and grapefruit zest—followed by ripe pineapple and stone fruit character from the Mosaic hop. A secondary wave of mango sweetness emerges beneath, balanced by a delicate floral lift from Cascade. The wheat and oat base lends a soft, grainy undertone without dominating the hop-forward profile.

Entry is smooth and inviting, with the fruit-forward hop character translating cleanly to the palate. Mid-palate reveals the oat contribution—a rounded, almost creamy texture that softens the edges despite the generous hopping rate. Bitterness remains restrained at 50 IBU, allowing the stone fruit sweetness to persist without sharp resin or harshness.

The finish is clean and smooth, tapering gradually rather than cutting off abruptly. A faint citrus and mango echo lingers briefly on the palate, leaving an impression of refreshment without drying sensation.
