Hazy golden yellow with substantial cloudiness from suspended oats and wheat, creating an opaque, inviting appearance. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with fine, persistent lacing. Carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, lending a soft visual character throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright, juicy citrus—orange zest and ripe pineapple—followed by stone fruit notes of peach and subtle floral undertones. Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops articulate a fruit-cocktail profile with a whisper of light pine in the background. Malt remains restrained, offering only a soft, grainy foundation.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and soft-bodied, with citrus and stone fruit flavors mirroring the aroma. Mid-palate remains light and drinkable, with the oat and wheat adjuncts creating a pillowy mouthfeel that mutes harsh edges. Bitterness holds at a low, refreshing level—50 IBU restrained rather than assertive—allowing fruit to dominate without drying the palate.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and brief, with citrus fading quickly into a gentle, dry aftertaste. No lingering bitterness or astringency; the beer exits the palate as easily as it arrived, leaving only a faint fruit impression.
