◎ Aussehen

Pale golden-yellow with pronounced cloudiness from natural haze; the suspended yeast and hop solids create a soft, opaque appearance characteristic of the New England style. Head formation is stable with fine, persistent carbonation that generates delicate lacing on the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright stone fruit—nectarine and ripe peach—layered beneath vibrant citrus notes of fresh orange. Tropical fruit character emerges in the mid-range, with subtle floral undertones and a light herbal suggestion from Mosaic, Amarillo and Simcoe dry-hopping that remains restrained and integrated rather than sharp.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and approachable, with tropical fruit flavors developing across the palate—pineapple and stone fruit carry the mid-palate without sharp edges. Bitterness is deliberately minimal, allowing the juicy, rounded malt character to support the hop-driven fruitiness through to the finish.

◑ Abgang

The finish shifts subtly toward floral and piney notes before fading cleanly, leaving a refreshing, dry aftertaste without astringency. Total duration is moderate, with no lingering harshness.
