Rock and or Roll presents a hazy golden hue beneath a pillowy white head with reliable retention. The suspended yeast and hop particles create a soft, opaque appearance characteristic of the New England IPA style. Carbonation appears moderate and evenly distributed throughout.

The nose leads with vibrant tropical fruit notes—passionfruit and mango dominate, supported by bright citrus zest. The trans-Pacific hop bill of Rakau, Citra, and NZ Rhapsody creates a unified aromatic profile that is clean and inviting. Underlying malted grain character from the Pilsner, spelt, and triticale base provides subtle structure without competing.

The palate unfolds with juicy tropical fruit and orange notes that mirror the aromatic promise. A subtle pine note emerges in the mid-palate, adding complexity and depth to the hop-forward profile.
