Growler presents a luminous golden hue with a soft, hazy suspension characteristic of the New England IPA style. The unfiltered body catches light with a warm glow, while a thick, creamy head forms and clings to the glass with good retention. Fine carbonation creates a gentle effervescence beneath the surface.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant tropical stone fruit—prominent passion fruit, mango and guava notes that dominate the aromatic profile. Supporting pineapple and citrus notes weave through, with a subtle background whisper of pine adding a herbal counterpoint. The hop aroma is fresh and inviting without aggressive sharpness.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and rounded, allowing the tropical hop character to lead: mango and passion fruit deliver the core flavor experience, followed by guava and pineapple notes. The mid-palate maintains smoothness despite a restrained bitterness that emerges cleanly without harshness. Light pine and citrus undertones add complexity, while the body remains supple and approachable at 6.8% ABV.

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with tropical fruit notes fading gradually rather than abruptly. A gentle, persistent bitterness lingers without dominating the aftertaste.
