◎ Aussehen

Pale golden in color with excellent clarity and bright translucence. The head forms with good initial volume and maintains a thin, persistent collar with fine lacing that adheres cleanly to the glass. Carbonation is brisk and visible, creating steady streams of fine bubbles.

◌ Aroma

Grapefruit and citrus zest dominate the nose, supported by a resinous pine character and subtle dank undertones. A light tropical note emerges on closer inspection, with fresh Mosaic, Simcoe, and Citra hop qualities balancing nicely. The light malt backbone remains largely transparent, allowing the hop aromatics to lead.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and citric, with grapefruit juice and fresh pine immediately engaging the palate. The lean malt foundation allows a firm, assertive bitterness to build steadily through the mid-palate, while resinous and dank hop character adds depth and complexity. A dry finish resolves the sweetness quickly, leaving the bitterness in full command.

The finish is dry and lingering, with piney and grapefruit bitterness extending well into the aftertaste. Clean and refreshing, with no cloying residue.
