Next Season presents a hazy golden appearance with soft, diffuse light transmission characteristic of the New England IPA style. The head forms quickly and persists with fine, tight bubbles that leave delicate lacing along the glass. Carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, supporting the silky mouthfeel without aggressive fizz.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus and grapefruit notes from the Citra and Motueka hops, followed by stone fruit and peachy esters from the dry hop charge of Peacharine and Nectaron. A whisper of lime zest and white grape adds complexity without dominating. The yeast character remains restrained, allowing the hop expression to shine clearly.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with juicy citrus and tropical fruit that carries the softness promised by the cooler fermentation. Stone fruit and peach flavors build in the mid-palate, supported by a rounded, slightly sweet malz base that prevents any harshness. Bitterness emerges gradually and cleanly, finishing smooth rather than sharp or astringent.

The finish is dry and lingering, with the bitterness slowly fading while citrus and stone fruit notes persist. A gentle, silky texture carries through to the aftertaste, leaving the palate refreshed rather than weary.
