Hazy IPA

◎ Aussehen

A luminous pale yellow, characteristic of wheat and carapils malts, with a persistent haze that defines the style. The cloudiness holds throughout the glass, supported by fine carbonation that sustains a delicate head with good retention.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with stone fruit and tropical character: mango, peach, and mandarin from the Citra, Taiheke, Wai-iti, and Mosaic hop blend. Whirlpool and late-fermentation additions keep the fruit prominent and assertive, with no aggressive herbal or resinous notes in the foreground.

◐ Geschmack

Passionfruit and citrus dominate the palate, with a soft, bright mouthfeel that feels juicy and clean. Bitterness remains restrained and integrated; the finish closes crisp rather than lingering or sticky, allowing the fruit character to remain in focus.

◑ Abgang

The aftertaste is short and clean, with no residual sweetness or astringency. A light, crisp dryness lingers without demanding attention.
