The cloudiness from oat and wheat adjuncts and the Foggy London yeast strain creates a soft, diffuse appearance. Head retention is moderate, with delicate lacing that clings briefly to the glass walls.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe stone fruit—peach and mango dominate—layered with bright citrus notes of orange and grapefruit. The Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic hops provide a juicy, fruity character without aggressive resinous qualities. Underlying the hop character is a subtle sweetness from the oat and wheat, suggesting a rounded malt foundation.

Entry is smooth and full-bodied, with the oat flakes and wheat creating a luxurious, creamy mouthfeel. Mid-palate delivers concentrated peach, orange, and tropical fruit flavors, while bitterness remains restrained at 35 IBU, allowing the fruit character to shine. The finish carries a lingering pulpy citrus quality with a slightly sweet aftertaste.

The finish is round and graceful, with bitterness fading quickly to reveal a lingering pulpy citrus note and subtle sweetness. The aftertaste remains clean and fruity, without any harsh or drying qualities.
