The nose leads with ripe stone and tropical fruit—pineapple, kiwi, and tangerine dominate the top notes, joined by a subtle candy-like sweetness reminiscent of spun sugar. Beneath lies a warm, malty backbone and the soft alcohol heat of 7% ABV, all harmonized by a particular yeast strain that prevents any harsh hop bite.

Entry is juicy and fruit-forward, with peach and lemon quickly establishing themselves on the mid-palate. A spread of tropical fruit and a trace of raw honey add depth and complexity without overwhelming sweetness. The body is assertive and full-mouthed, yet the mouthfeel remains velvety and refined, with bitterness kept to a gentle whisper by the yeast character.
