Golden Beach presents a hazy straw-yellow body with fine, delicate carbonation rising through the glass. The head is light and ephemeral, with minimal lacing on the sides. The haziness derives from suspended yeast and proteins rather than oxidation, giving the beer a soft, approachable visual character typical of the style.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus—grapefruit peel and orange zest—layered with tropical stone fruit notes of passionfruit and mango contributed by the Galaxy, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 hops. Beneath the hop-driven aromatics sits a gentle, bready sweetness from the Canadian 2-row and pale wheat. The overall impression is clean and inviting, with no alcohol burn or oxidative notes.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and approachable, with the bready malt providing a gentle cushion before the citrus and tropical hop character takes center stage. Mid-palate reveals layers of orange and grapefruit alongside subtle mango, while the malt sweetness recedes quickly to prevent cloying. The bitterness is restrained but present—a thin, resinous quality that sits in the background without dominating.

The finish is crisp and dry, with the resinous hop bitterness lingering briefly before fading cleanly. No malt weight or sweetness remains to interrupt the departure, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for another sip.
