Pale golden-yellow with pronounced haze from suspended yeast and grain proteins, creating a milky, opaque appearance. The dense, creamy head forms readily and clings persistently to the glass walls, leaving distinct lacing with each sip. Bright carbonation is visible throughout, delivering a lively, appetizing visual presence.

◌ Aroma

Tropical fruit aromas dominate immediately—fresh apricot, mango, and pineapple leap from the glass, driven by the Citra hop character. Underlying softness from lactose adds a subtle milkshake-like sweetness without cloying. A light herbal Edelhopfen backdrop balances the fruit-forward profile, keeping the nose clean and inviting rather than cloying.

The palate opens soft and juicy, with fresh citrus and tropical fruit notes layering across the mid-palate in perfect balance. Lactose contributes a gentle creaminess and subtle vanilla undertone, rounding the mouthfeel into a smooth, almost dessert-like texture. Moderate bitterness (50 IBU) emerges cleanly in the middle, preventing sweetness from dominating while preserving the bright, hoppy character throughout.
