◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with bright clarity and excellent transparency. The head forms quickly with fine, persistent bubbles that leave distinct lacing down the glass. Carbonation is crisp and lively, maintaining good foam retention throughout the drink.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced tropical fruit notes—mango and passionfruit dominate—layered with bright citrus zest from the Simcoe and Centennial hops. A subtle piney undertone emerges beneath, accompanied by a clean, mineral character that reflects the Alpine water used in brewing.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters crisp and juicy, with tropical fruit flavors immediately apparent. The mid-palate develops a balanced bitterness with grassy and piney hop character, while the mineral foundation keeps the beer clean and refreshing. The finish is dry and hoppy without harshness, with citrus notes lingering.

The aftertaste is clean and moderately long, with citrus and pine fading gradually into a dry, mineral impression. No lingering sweetness or cloying residue—the finish encourages another sip.
