◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that leaves crisp lacing down the glass. Bright carbonation evident throughout, with steady streams of bubbles rising through the clear body. The visual presentation is clean and inviting, characteristic of a well-executed West Coast IPA.

◌ Aroma

Assertive and resinous hop character dominates the nose, with prominent pine and grapefruit notes from Columbus and Simcoe hops. A subtle citrus undertone—orange zest—emerges alongside the resin, while the malt backbone remains understated. The aroma is clean and fresh, with no phenolic or yeast-derived distractions.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with a firm hop bitterness that carries the resinous pine and grapefruit character from the nose into the mid-palate. The malt provides a light, supporting structure without sweetness, allowing the noble bitterness to remain in the foreground. A dry texture builds through the middle, with orange notes adding subtle complexity before the finish.

◑ Abgang

Clean and dry conclusion with lingering hop bitterness and resinous pine character. The aftertaste remains crisp and refreshing, with no cloying sweetness or rough tannins.
