◎ Aussehen

Fresh Haze IPA presents a hazy golden-amber color with pronounced cloudiness derived from wheat and flaked oats in the grist. The head is soft and pillowy, settling into a fine collar with moderate lacing that clings to the glass. Carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, creating a gently effervescent visual character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus notes of orange, mandarin, and tangerine from the carefully chosen hop blend of Callista, Mandarina Bavaria, Amarillo, Cashmere, and Bravo. Behind the citrus lies a core of tropical fruit—pineapple and passion fruit impressions—with subtle stone fruit nuances of apricot and a whisper of melon. The malt backbone remains subtle and soft, allowing the aromatic hops to dominate without sharp resinous edges.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with the promised citrus and stone fruit character, expanding into tropical sweetness that builds gently through the mid-palate. The oat adjuncts deliver a soft, rounded body that feels creamy and full without heaviness, while wheat provides a light, slightly grainy undertone. Bitterness is restrained at 45 IBU, arriving late and remaining moderate, never overshadowing the fruit-forward profile.

The finish is smooth and juicy, with lingering mandarin and tropical notes fading gracefully into a soft, clean aftertaste. There is no dry harshness; instead, a gentle fruitiness persists on the palate without astringency.
