◎ Aussehen

Pale golden with a slight haze that catches light without obscuring clarity. A dense, persistent head forms and clings to the glass throughout the pour. Fine carbonation shows steady, even streams throughout the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus—grapefruit and orange peel—supported by stone fruit notes that lean toward apricot and peach. Citra and Mosaic hops lay down a floral, pithy character with a subtle herbal undertone. A soft bready note from the malt base provides ballast without dominating the hop-forward profile.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with juicy citrus and tropical fruit that develop through the mid-palate, carrying the stone-fruit intensity from the nose. A bready, slightly sweet maltz spine runs through the center, anchoring the hop bitterness at around 60 IBU—firm without being sharp. Dryness increases toward the finish, with a gentle resinous bite that does not overwhelm.

◑ Abgang

Medium-length finish with lingering orange and grapefruit notes gradually fading into a clean, drying aftertaste. The bitterness persists as a subtle, pleasant grip without astringency.
