◎ Aussehen

Pours a bright golden hue with excellent clarity and a white head that settles to a thin, persistent collar. The carbonation is lively, evident in steady streams of fine bubbles rising through the glass. Schaumkleiden cling delicately to the sides, marking each sip.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with fresh grapefruit and orange peel, underpinned by Citra and Mosaic hop character. Tropical fruit notes—pineapple and stone fruit—emerge beneath, joined by subtle blueberry and a woody pine backbone. The Malz base remains restrained, offering only light cracker notes that do not interfere with hop expression.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and dry, allowing hop bitterness and flavor to dominate immediately. Mid-palate layers grapefruit zest, orange, and tropical character alongside a firm pine resin streak, while the two-row and white wheat provide a lean, biscuity foundation. Bitterness builds steadily but remains in balance, never harsh or astringent.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and brisk, with lingering citrus and pine fading quickly into a dry, refreshing aftertaste. No sweetness or heavy malt residue remains.
