A bright pale golden color with excellent clarity and lively carbonation. The head is white and persistent, with fine retention and delicate lacing that clings to the glass walls. The beer presents the characteristic transparency expected of a West Coast IPA.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant citrus notes—orange peel and lemon zest dominate the top notes. Beneath this, passion fruit and pineapple add tropical dimension, while fresh pine needles provide herbal backdrop. The triple-hop blend (Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe) creates a well-balanced aromatic profile with no harsh or metallic edges.

◐ Geschmack

The palate is lean and focused, with citrus-driven flavor taking center stage from the first sip. A subtle tropical echo—pineapple and passionfruit—threads through the mid-palate without overwhelming the composition. The malt base remains restrained and minimal, allowing the hop character to define the beer's identity, while moderate bitterness (50 IBU) provides structure without dominating.

The finish is crisp and clean, with citrus notes lingering briefly before fading. No residual sweetness mars the conclusion—the beer exits dry and refreshing, inviting another sip.
