Brilliant pale gold with excellent clarity and fine, white foam that clings persistently to the glass. The head exhibits strong lacing and holds its structure throughout the drinking experience. Carbonation appears bright and well-integrated.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with fresh-cut grass and herbal green notes from the Saaz and Spalter Select hops, layered with delicate floral undertones and subtle earthy minerality. A gentle spice emerges, complemented by clean, grainy malt character without oxidation or harsh resinous edges.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and peppery, driven by noble hop spice that develops into a complex bready and grainy malt foundation. The palate maintains balance between moderate hop bitterness and subtle sweetness, with layered grain character that evolves through the mid-palate without becoming cloying.

◑ Abgang

The finish is snappy and decidedly dry, with lingering hop spice and mineral notes fading cleanly. No warmth from the modest 5.1% ABV; the aftertaste remains crisp and inviting.
