Blazing World presents a clear amber hue with good depth of color, topped by an off-white head that settles to a fine collar and leaves visible lacing on the glass. The body shows bright clarity with lively carbonation evident in the pour. Head retention is firm and persistent throughout the drinking experience.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with oily, dank hop resin and pronounced pine—hallmarks of the Nelson, Mosaic and Simcoe combination. Behind the resinous core lie bright grapefruit and citrus peel notes with a subtle herbal spruce quality. The amber malt contributes a light caramel sweetness and toasted grain character that balances the assertive hop profile.

The palate opens with a dry amber malt base that delivers light caramel and subtle fruit notes. Citrus and grapefruit flavors emerge in the mid-palate, supported by the spicy-herbal character of Nelson and the dank pine-resin backbone. The 60 IBU bitterness builds steadily, anchoring the generous hop load without overshadowing the malt foundation.

The finish is clean and drying, with assertive bitterness that extends into a lingering resinous and piney aftertaste. The dry character leaves the palate crisp and inviting toward the next sip.
