Dinosaur World pours a murky golden-orange with substantial cloudiness from suspension through the Hefe, characteristic of the New England style. A bright white head forms and persists with moderate retention and visible lacing. The body appears soft and full-bodied, with a fine particulate haze that catches light.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant stone fruit and tropical aromatics led by passion fruit and tangerine, with secondary notes of ripe apricot and mango. A subtle grassy hop character threads beneath the fruit, providing herbal structure without dominating. The malt base remains restrained, allowing the Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic to command attention.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and round with a light honeyed Malz sweetness that supports rather than competes with the hop-driven fruit profile. Mid-palate carries through the tropical and stone fruit notes with a clean, dry progression. Bitterness remains mild to moderate at 60 IBU, finishing dry without harshness or lingering astringency.

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with the fruit notes fading gracefully and a subtle grassy hop note persisting through the aftertaste. No residual sweetness or harsh bitterness remains, leaving the palate refreshed.
