Pale golden-yellow with pronounced haze from suspended yeast and grain proteins. A dense, creamy white head forms quickly and clings to the glass with visible lacing. Fine carbonation produces a soft, pillowy foam that persists throughout the session.

◌ Aroma

Tropical stone fruit leads the nose—ripe mango and fresh pineapple dominate, backed by citrus zest and hints of orange. The oat and wheat base contributes a soft, bready undertone that grounds the bright hop character without adding sweetness. Low perceived bitterness allows the aromatic Cashmere, Citra, and Mosaic hops to speak clearly.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters smooth and full-bodied, with tropical fruit flavors mirroring the nose—juicy stone fruit and citrus intensity build through the middle. The oat and wheat malt backbone provides a creamy, almost silky mouthfeel that enhances drinkability despite the 8% ABV. Bitterness remains restrained at 55 IBU, letting the hop character dominate without sharp edges or astringency.

Medium finish with lingering tropical and citrus notes fading gradually into a clean, slightly drying aftertaste. No harsh bitterness or astringency mars the exit, leaving the palate pleasantly refreshed.
