High Res pours a dense, golden-amber haze with excellent cling and body. A pillowy white head forms with inviting thickness and lingers persistently across the glass surface. The cloudiness is uniform and fine, characteristic of a well-executed Hazy IPA.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with a burst of Citra and Nelson hops, layered into distinctly dessert-forward territory. Notes of lemon meringue pie, tangy citrus soda, and delicate passion fruit macaron dominate, with subtle tropical fruit undertones weaving through. The overall impression is bright and inviting, with no sharp or harsh edges.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with a full, pillowy mouthfeel that delivers waves of tropical citrus and tart lemon curd. Subtle sweetness balances the acidity, while bitterness remains soft and rounded despite the substantial hop charge. The body is rich and creamy, supporting the juice-forward character throughout.

◑ Abgang

The finish is long and juicy, leaving a bright citrus-kissed warmth that lingers invitingly. The aftertaste remains clean and refreshing, encouraging another sip without cloying or metallic notes.
