Metamorph presents a clear, luminous gold beneath a firm white head that slowly recedes to a persistent ring of lacing. The body is bright and well-defined, with fine carbonation evident throughout. The clarity and color intensity speak to precise brewhouse technique and fresh hop character.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vivid grapefruit zest and nectarine skin, immediately assertive and inviting. A grounding resinousness emerges—distinctly Douglas fir and evergreen—that anchors the composition in Pacific Northwest hop tradition. The citrus and stone fruit notes remain lifted throughout, creating a layered and evolving bouquet.

◐ Geschmack

Citrus brightness leads the palate entry, then piney, resinous bitterness takes structural hold—assertive yet controlled. The mid-palate balances hop bite with clean malt support, maintaining clarity rather than heaviness. Bitterness is unmistakably West Coast in character: dry, bracing, and unapologetic in its evergreen expression.

The finish is clean and dry, lingering with grapefruit pith and bracing evergreen notes that reward repeated sipping. Bitterness persists into the aftertaste without harshness, fading gradually into a mineral, thirst-provoking conclusion.
